Admission Process
STEP 1: APPLY
Complete the application form and choose your English program. APPLY HERE
STEP 2: ADMISSION INTERVIEW
An Admission Advisor will contact you and schedule an interview. Any concerns will be addressed at this time.
STEP 3: ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT
Complete our Enrollment Agreement and submit the required documents. Within 72 hours you will be notified of the status.
STEP 4: APPROVAL
Once approved, you must pay the admission application fee.
STEP 5: MAKE FEE PAYMENT
Pay the IEP $200 application fee. If an I-20 is required, you must pay an additional $100 processing fee. PAY HERE
STEP 6: ACCEPTANCE AND I-20
You will receive your Acceptance Letter and, if you are applying as an F-1 student, your official Form I-20 (don’t forget to pay your SEVIS I-901 Fee).
F1 Student Admission Requirements
The Intensive English Program (IEP) at F2E Academy is designed for students whose native language is not English and who want to improve their language skills for academic, professional, or personal success. Before classes begin, all students are required to take an English Placement Test to determine their current proficiency level and ensure they are placed in the appropriate class.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old to enroll. Students under the age of 18 may be admitted with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Required Documents
- Enrollment Agreement: Complete and sign the Enrollment Agreement.
- Passport: Clear copy of your passport identification page.
- Bank Statement: The bank statement must show sufficient funds to cover tuition and living expenses for the intended period of study. The required amount is $350 per week while enrolled. Example: 24 weeks = $8,400 / 48 weeks = $16,800. If you need a sponsor, please complete our Affidavit of Support Form.
- Dependents F2: If you are traveing with dependents, please complete the F-2 Dependent Form and provide a copy of each dependent’s passport. An additional amount of $115 per week for each F-2 dependent must be added to the bank statemant.
Additional Documents
If you are requesting an F-1 Transfer, please submit:
- A copy of your current Form I-20.
- A completed and signed F-1 Transfer Eligibility Form.
If you are requesting a Change of Status (COS), please submit:
- A copy of your Form I-94 (Arrival/Departure Record).
- Payment of the $25 monthly I-20 Maintenance Fee (required while your Change of Status application is pending, if applicable).
